Then there was the time that a tech in India tried to have me open up my live SharePoint document library to the public. Never mind that I was asking them, "okay but what about this situation which isn't covered in any documentation". The answer depended on which web page they found. I called them five times for this one question.

And all they seem to do, is read whatever they find on web pages that you can find yourself on the internet.įor example, I wanted to know about OneDrive sync limitations with SharePoint.

Yes I'm routed to India every single phone call. Is there any option to get a written chat support instead of the voice calls?.Are they levels of support quality at Office 365? (I cannot believe that what we experience is the best Microsoft provides to companies.).Can we choose the region of the support centre and how can we get support from the EU or the USA?.In comparison, Google Suite’s support always understands immediately what we are talking about, they know their product and problems get solved within minutes when we lose hours or days with Microsoft. And some employees from India are literally begging for good reviews during calls, when simultaneous providing a terrible service. Issues take too long to be solved, when they are solved. We have trouble to understand their English, and the overall quality is unsatisfactory. Second, the big problem is the quality of the support: so far it has been bad, to say the least. We started using Office 365 Business in my company and we have troubles with their support.įirst, there is no chat option, we must wait for them to call us every time we need support: this is not convenient at all and the voice call is often not the most efficient way to solve technical issues.
